About Us
The Las Ramblas Golf & Social Club is based at Las Ramblas Golf Club on the Costa Blanca near Torrevieja and was formed sometime around 1995. It has grown and prospered ever since. We play 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the mornings throughout the year, playing either Medal or Stableford competitions on alternate Wednesdays which can qualify for handicap adjustments. Other days we play different formats such as Texas Scramble, Yellow Ball, 3.2.1. Occasionally we visit other Golf Courses for "Away Days" and various teams from the UK visit us for friendly matches. We are also members of the Vega Baja Golf League and have a team in the "A" League playing between September and April. We endevour to have a Monthly Lunch at various local venues with an annual Dinner Dance and Christmas Lunch organised by the Social Committee. The Club is run on a democratic basis and meetings are held as and when necessary with the customary AGM. If you like the 'sound of us' call our Secretary to obtain further information.
